The VIP Club Malta General Terms and Conditions
These ‘Terms & Conditions’ may vary from time to time. Please make sure you review them regularly.
The date of commencement of the following Terms & Conditions is 1st August 2016. As per the clause above, the following Terms and Conditions will supersede any previous Terms and Conditions.

- MEANING OF THE WORDS USED IN THIS POLICY
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions reference to Independent Contractors will include the operators of any venues in which The VIP Club Malta event may take place. Independent Contractors will also include employees that have been outsourced for any event. This list of Independent Contractors is not exhaustive.
Any Person present at any The VIP Club Malta event.
Any Person with approved membership from The VIP Club Malta.
VIP Pass Holder(s)
Any Person presenting a VIP Pass for entry to any given The VIP Club Malta event.
A VIP Pass will allow the VIP Pass Holder entry into specified The VIP Club Malta events subject to Management’s discretion and the Term and Conditions within this document.
Any person that has purchased a VIP Pass for monetary value. It will be assumed that the Purchaser will also be the VIP Pass Holder unless the intended VIP Pass Holder is identified by name at the time of booking.
The VIP Club Malta
The VIP Club Malta is operated by The VIP Group Limited, a Maltese company, registered at Matilda Court, 2 Giuseppe Cali Street, Ta’ Xbiew, Malta, XBX 1423.
The VIP Club Malta as defined above.
The Purchaser, VIP Pass Holder, or Guest(s)/Person(s) as defined above.
- VIP Pass
The purchase of a VIP Pass gives the VIP Pass Holder priority entry over others at specified The VIP Club Malta’s parties over the specified period.
The VIP Pass Holder must act in accordance with the Dress Code and Behaviour clauses within these Terms and Conditions as The VIP Club Malta reserves the right to refuse admission.
The Purchaser represents and warrants that the VIP Pass is purchased for personal use only, and that the VIP Pass may not be resold or offered for resale by anyone. Resale or attempted resale of a VIP Pass is grounds for cancellation of that VIP Pass and the holder may be refused entry to, or ejected from the event, without refund or other compensation.
Substitutions are not accepted. Refunds will not be offered for cancellations.
Purchase of a VIP Pass is non-refundable.
A VIP Pass can be reserved by making a £50 deposit. The remaining amount can be paid off prior to or 8 weeks from the date of the deposit payment. A £25 late payment fee is chargeable for overdue payments exceeding the 8-week deadline. VIP Pass bookings are secure only once the final payment has been received. The VIP Club Malta deposit scheme option ends 1st May.
All VIP Passes are to be collected in Malta in June at the reception of The VIP Club Malta’s first event. Thereafter, VIP Passes can be collected at the door of any of The VIP Club Malta events. Any changes to the collection point or time will be communicated in advance via email.
The Purchaser must ensure the below identification and booking confirmation is present at time of collection:
- Passport or driving license
- Purchase email confirmation
If all VIP Passes were not identified by name at the time of booking, the Purchaser should ensure that all VIP Pass Holders arrive as a group with the Purchaser for the VIP Passes to be issued.
Complimentary and reduced VIP Passes
These Terms and Conditions will apply to those Persons who may not have provided any or full monetary value for their VIP Pass.
By entering a The VIP Club Malta party, You consent to being photographed or filmed and You consent to resulting materials being used for commercial distribution, publication and The VIP Club Malta communications, without payment or copyright.
Please note that SLR Cameras and unauthorized video cameras are not permitted at any times. If You wish to record inside please contact our team in advance at firstname.lastname@example.org
The VIP Club Malta reserves the right to refuse admission if an individual is dressed inappropriately for an event. Please adhere to dress code policies outline on the website and event marketing material, these may vary between events. Although We do not operate a formal dress code for our parties We ask our Guests to dress luxuriously.
The VIP Club Malta reserves the right to refuse admission to and/or eject any Person appearing to be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or otherwise behaving dangerously or inappropriately. No refunds will be given under these circumstances.
Any violent, threatening or abusive acts against staff or other Guests will result in a life ban from all future The VIP Club Malta events. The necessary legal action will also be enforced where possible.
All VIP Pass Holders agree to act and drink responsibly inside the venue and make efforts to keep hydrated especially as The VIP Club Malta events fall during the peak season in Malta when the sun becomes the strongest.
To ensure safety, We reserve the right to conduct security searches of clothing, bags and all other items on entry and exit and reserve the right to confiscate items, which may cause danger or disruption to others. Security have the right to remove any Persons from an event for unacceptable behaviours.
VIP Pass Holders are responsible for their belongings when attending an event. The VIP Club Malta does not accept any responsibility for any personal property brought to a The VIP Club Malta party whether damaged or missing. Any lost property should be reported as soon as possible and We will attempt to reunite You with Your items. For any lost property collected please be aware that We only keep items for up to a week after they have been reported lost, so please contact us as soon as possible.
The VIP Club Malta will not be liable for any acts or omissions of any Independent Contractors.
Termination Of The Event
The VIP Club Malta accepts no liability if this event is cancelled, altered or postponed due to a fortuitous or unforeseen occurrence, including an Act of God, weather, government restrictions, war, terrorism, civil disorder, or any other emergency.
VIP Passes are sold subject to the management’s right to alter or vary the events calendar due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
If an event is rescheduled, The VIP Pass Holder will be offered tickets to the rescheduled event. Please note that the VIP Pass price on the events calendar is the advance price and can only be bought up until a day before the event. Entrance paid at the door on the day will be higher than the advance price.
In no event shall The VIP Club Malta be liable to any Guest for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any damages whatsoever, resulting from the execution or non-execution of this agreement.
Any damage caused to any premises, items or Persons in connection with any of the The VIP Club Malta events will be chargeable to the Guest or Guests involved. You agree to compensate Us for any claim or damages (including any legal fees in relation to such claim or damages) made by a third party in respect of any matter in relation to or arising from any damage caused by You or Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Guests are not permitted to take any property which is not owned by them without prior permission. Any Person found to have taken such property will be fined and reported to the Local Authorities.
The VIP Club Malta and The VIP Club Malta hosts venues reserve the right to request VIP Pass Holders to provide appropriate ID for proof of age purposes.
- TABLE RESERVATIONS
Table Reservation Deposit
When reserving a table at The VIP Club Malta, a 30% initial non-refundable deposit is needed to secure the booking. On the day of the booking, Guests will be required to pay the remaining total amount.
Table reservation deposits are non-refundable.
Payment is always made via a secure connection, for more information please refer to the website of the payment processor. As We charge in the local currency of Euros, We are unable to specify the amount taken in other currencies; Your bank will determine this rate.
The table prices at The VIP Club Malta are based on a minimum spend basis. The minimum spend is the minimum amount You and Your party commit to spending to guarantee the Booking
The minimum spend amount associated with the table’s at The VIP Club Malta can only be spent on drinks from the table menus provided.
An additional table cover charge is added to the bill of the table to cover the entrance costs of the table Guests without a purchased VIP Pass, payable on the day.
Table prices are subject to change during the season as per the Managements discretion, We are not obligated to reduce the price of any previously booked tables in the event that the price for other similar tables are reduced at a later time. We are also not obligated to notify Guests to let them know of a change in price to other tables.
Please be aware of Your belongings at The VIP Club Malta, as during Your time at The VIP Club Malta We cannot be held responsible for any unattended alcohol or personal items.
The purchasing of sufficient travel insurance covering The VIP Club Malta period in Malta is the sole responsibility of the Guest. Please ensure Your travel insurance is sufficient and covers the standard items such as personal injury, accidental injury, death, theft, loss, personal belongings and damage to them, etc.
The VIP Club Malta will use the details supplied in this form for this event. We will hold Your details on file and may occasionally contact You about future events, which may be of interest. We maintain the right to use the information provided for Third Party marketing purposes subject to The Data Protection Act 1998.
Food & Drink
Food and drink purchased elsewhere may not be consumed inside of a The VIP Club Malta event. It is not permitted to take any bottles or drinks outside of the events.
Guests are advised to arrive as early as possible to events, In the case that venue capacity is reached management reserve the right to refuse entry even with a purchased VIP Pass.
Activities outside of The VIP Club Malta such as Watersports are at the Guest’s own risk. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items, personal injuries or death during such activities.
If any Member fails to remit the amount of their subscription on the due date, notice shall be sent to them. If payment is not following one months, they will be considered to have resigned and be struck off the Membership Database.
The Club may reinstate a Member upon payment of the arrears if satisfactory reasons are presented for the delay in payment.
A Member who wishes to resign must notify the Club.
Suspension and expulsion
A Member shall automatically and immediately cease to be a Member if:
– A receiving order is made against them, or they make any arrangement or composition with their creditors.
– They become of unsound mind.
– They are convicted of any arrestable criminal offence
– Should a member behave with or without the The VIP Club Malta in a manner which in the opinion of the management is injurious to the character and interests of the The VIP Club Malta, or commit any infraction of the Rules or Bye-Laws of the Club, the management shall, after opportunity has been afforded them of explanation, have absolute power to caution them or suspend them or request their resignation and, if the Member does not resign within one week after such a request, it may forthwith expel them and strike their name off the Membership Database.
If the management decided that the offence of a Member is sufficient to warrant their immediate expulsion it is empowered to expel them forthwith.
Any Person ceasing to be a Member of the Club in accordance with this Rule shall forfeit their joining fee and subscription and shall not be introduced as a Guest.
We do not accept returns on items fit for sale. On such items exchanges only will be permitted. In the event that your item is faulty, We will exchange free of charge immediately including the cost of delivery. You should contact us if your item is faulty and it will be checked upon return.
Items should be returned for exchange in a saleable, unworn and undamaged condition in
its original packaging within 7 days of receipt. All items must be returned with all tags and labels intact.
We recommend any returns posted, are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us.
The balance for the item will be held on credit and the purchaser will be issued with an e-voucher to be spent in the Store. Delivery costs will not be credited. The e-voucher will be valid for 30 days.
